GiftsVillage will not accept responsibility for any errors, spellings or otherwise that may occur as a result of your mistake.

Personalized items cannot be refunded for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for all replacement items or refunds.
